Designing your calendar online

Creating your calendar online is quick and intuitive. Choose a design that suits you, and the product loads instantly. Every page already comes with a layout that you can easily adjust through the menu. Add your own photos, and your calendar starts taking shape. Want to personalise it further? You can manually add birthdays and other important events, complete with a matching photo, so every moment carries extra meaning.

Step 1 – Choose your product options

Go to the photo calendar page and click 'Start with this product'. First, set a few basic options:

  • Format — choose between portrait (2:3) or landscape (3:4), in 20x30 cm or 30x20 cm
  • Image optimisation — our AI image analysis automatically enhances the print quality. Recommended to keep enabled, unless you have already made precise colour corrections on a calibrated screen
  • Start month / year — choose the month and year your calendar begins

Step 2 – Select a theme

After setting your options, choose a theme for your calendar. You can pick from an extensive collection of designs, ranging from atmospheric and romantic to clean and modern. There's a perfect design for every moment and every taste.

Step 3 – Design your calendar in the editor

Once you've selected a theme, the online editor opens. This is where you bring your calendar to life. The menu on the left contains everything you need:

  • Upload photos — click 'Upload photo(s)' or import them directly. Drag your photos into the photo slots on each page. You can also use the auto-fill feature to distribute photos across the calendar automatically.
  • Layout — easily switch page layouts using the layout menu.
  • Text — add personal text to your pages.
  • Background — customise the background per page or for the entire calendar.
  • Filter — add atmosphere to your photos with an image filter.
  • Events — add birthdays and other special days to the calendar view.

Use the navigation arrows at the bottom to browse through the months. In the top right corner, you can save your project and preview it at any time.

Step 4 – Order

Happy with the result? First review your calendar using the preview function in the top right. Everything looking good? Click 'Add to cart' and complete your order. Your photo calendar will be produced and shipped within 4 working days.
